The Ontario County Sheriff's Department needs the public's help to identify a man involved in a car crash early Sunday morning. Deputies say the man lost control of a red 1995 Ford Explorer while driving through a construction zone on County Road 37 in the town of Richmond at about 2 a.m. Sunday.
